"Flyaway" Earth Stations
Applied Telecommunications' flyaway earth stations allow the operator to transmit from remote locations using an easy to deploy antenna, field proven electronics and housed in well-constructed transit cases.

Foundation and Civil Works
Applied Telecommunications provides the drawings and technical support related to the antenna foundation construction, equipment room layout, provision of electrical power and air conditioning

Specification Development
Applied's customers often request that we develop detailed specifications which are used to develop budgets for potential projects. Working closely with the customer, Applied produces a detailed document of equipment requirements that in turn can be priced to allow for future planning.

Training

Transportable Earth Stations
Transportable earth stations are one of the more interesting applications of satellite technology. Stations designed and built by Applied Telecommunications may include two to five meter antennas operating in any frequency.

Upgrades & Modifications
Modifying existing stations is an important service provided by Applied Telecommunications. When station operators wish to use their existing antenna and facilities, while offering new broadcast or data services, modifying the station electronics becomes a low cost alternative to building a new station.

Uplink Stations
Applied Telecommunications has designed and built uplink stations for customers in nine countries. Projects are completed on a "turnkey" basis, where Applied is responsible for the complete project, from initial design, to completion of satellite testing.

VSAT Stations or Networks
Applied Telecommunications designs and builds VSAT networks which allow multiple remote locations to communicate with a central hub facility. Systems may also be configured to allow remote locations to communicate with each other independent of the hub station.
